Sungrow 1PH 6KW (SG6K-D) inverters are single-phase and suitable for residential PV installations. The maximum efficiency is 98.4%. The mounting plate has a built-in spirit level, which makes installation of the inverter even easier. Setting is then possible on the inverter itself or via the corresponding app. Monitoring of the system can be done via the same app or via the web interface. Different features are built in, for example, for safety reasons.

Easy installation The built-in spirit level makes placing the inverter faster. This is because fewer actions are required to align and then place the inverter. Application of a unique connector makes connecting the inverter a lot easier. This connector is easy to attach to cables and plug in. Setting up the inverter can be done with the existing buttons and can be read from the display. This is also possible via the corresponding app.

Simple management The corresponding app can also be used to view all data of all modules 24 hours a day. An alternative to viewing the information in an app on the smartphone is a web page. Both can be used to solve possible problems.

Safety and reliability One of the more important protection features of the Sungrow 1PH 6KW inverter (SG6K-D) is a built-in RCD. This stands for Residual-Current Device. This device prevents electrocution of persons who come into contact with parts carrying dangerous voltage. The RCD detects leakage currents and will switch off within 20 to 40ms in case of abnormal current movement, e.g. due to a person touching the system. In addition, there is overvoltage protection and a switch on the DC side. Short-circuit protection is available on the AC side.
