Payments and Delivery

Who we sell to

EBORX Sp. z o.o. (PVshop.eu) sells only to business customers (installers, project developers, wholesalers) with a valid EU VAT number or – for buyers outside the EU – under the export procedure. Polish customers are verified by NIP/REGON. We do not sell to private persons. See our Terms of Use.

Prices

  • All prices in the shop, including delivery costs, are net prices in EUR (excl. VAT). Prices in other currencies are for information only.
  • EU customers outside Poland must have a valid EU VAT number (verified in VIES) and are invoiced at 0% VAT (intra-EU supply, reverse charge).
  • Polish customers are invoiced with 23% VAT.
  • Customers outside the EU are not charged Polish VAT; the export is confirmed by customs (IE599). Import duties and taxes in the destination country are paid by the buyer.

Payment

We accept bank transfer only, in EUR, with 100% payment before dispatch. You will receive our bank details with the proforma invoice.

Delivery costs

We deliver to 28 European countries. The delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order. Personal collection is not available.

Order weight Delivery cost (net)
up to 10 kg €29.00
up to 30 kg €58.00
up to 100 kg €97.00
up to 650 kg (typically one full pallet of panels) €357.00
up to 1000 kg €498.00
over 1000 kg €966.00

These rates are indicative – see below how the final delivery cost is confirmed.

Parcels up to 30 kg

Shipped by insured courier services (e.g. DHL, UPS) across Europe. Courier prices are stable, so the cost calculated at checkout is usually final.

Shipments over 30 kg (palletised and oversized)

Large inverters, batteries and solar panels usually require palletised freight and are quoted individually. You will receive the final, confirmed transport cost together with the proforma invoice.

A single country-wide rate is not possible: within the same country, the cost can differ by up to 100% between regions – for example between the north and south of Italy, Spain or the Nordic countries, or for deliveries to the Greek islands. In addition, since 2026 logistics prices have been very volatile due to unstable fuel and transport costs, with some freight rates doubling compared to 2025.

Batteries (dangerous goods, ADR)

Lithium batteries are dangerous goods (ADR) and must be shipped by a certified carrier. Battery transport is always quoted individually based on the delivery ZIP code and confirmed on the proforma invoice.

Buying single battery modules is always more expensive than buying a complete battery set. Please check our battery-set offers in the Batteries category.

How it works

  1. You place your order in the shop. It is treated as a request – you can cancel it at any time before payment, free of charge.
  2. We send you a proforma invoice with the final, confirmed transport cost.
  3. You pay by bank transfer (100% in advance).
  4. We dispatch your order within 3–5 working days after payment to the delivery address (DAP, Incoterms 2020). Transit time within the EU is usually 2–10 working days.

At the delivery address, please name a person responsible for receiving the goods, with a phone number. Unloading is the buyer's responsibility.

Large orders

For multi-pallet orders or full truckloads, please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

Returns and complaints

As we sell to business customers only, we do not accept returns of correctly delivered goods. All products are new and covered by the manufacturer's warranty – we will assist you with any warranty claim. Visible transport damage must be noted on the delivery document in the presence of the driver and reported to us within 48 hours.
