The Growatt MOD-7000TL3-XH-BP (MOD-XH(BP)) is a battery-ready three-phase inverter for the Growatt APX HV battery system (5 to 30 kWh); the BP version supports a backup function with a backup box. It has two MPP trackers, Type II surge protection on the DC and AC side and 24h self-consumption monitoring.

Growatt was ranked No. 1 worldwide in 2025 shipments of hybrid split-type energy storage inverters (Frost & Sullivan) and is an S&P Global Energy Tier 1 PV inverter supplier for 2026.
