How to connect ?

The order of steps is extremely important!

How to connect an PV solar charge controller. Here the step sequences...

PV on-grid (standard connection)

Example of an stadard grid-connected photovoltaic installation and surge protection. A photovoltaic solar system connected to a switchboard (home/factory...) allows the use of solar energy from a photovoltaic power plant for their own needs (home / office / factory). The excess of PV electricity will be sent to the grid. The "Zero Export" inverters works this same way, but without exporting electricity to the grid.

Thermal solar system - for warm water/buffer/pools heating

Diagrams

Basic System Components:

  • Solar Collector
  • Heater/Buffer (heater for warm water, buffer for home heating)
  • Solar Group (incl. controller, circulation pump, screws connectors)
  • Extension Vessel (dedicated for thermal solar systems)
  • Solar Fluid (polypropylene safe glycol 20-30L)
  • Mounting construction + pipes

Optionally recommended: other system heating source (gas heater, heat pomp, etc...)

Two sections (on roof)

Memo: with additional solar pump and external heating source.

The Solar Group controls 2 independent solar pumps.

Separate heater and buffer

For warm water and bufer for supporting home heating.

Memo: with additional solar pump and external heating source.

The Solar Group controls 2 independent solar pumps and 1 additional for circulation (in sum 3 pomps can be independently controlled).

Buffer tank with integrated warm water heater (one unit - heater in buffer system - 2in1)

If possibile we recommend to use two separate independent tanks, one for warm water and second for home heating (buffer).

Memo: with additional external heating source and floor-heating system connected to the buffer.

Buffer tank with integrated warm water heater (one unit - heater in buffer system - 2in1) and additional pool heating exchanger.

If possibile we recommend to use two separate independent tanks, one for warm water and second for home heating (buffer).

Memo: with additional external heating source and floor-heating system connected to the buffer.
